Abstract: In this paper, we introduce Interval valued q- Rung Orthopair Hesitant fuzzy sets (IVq-ROHFS) with motivation of pythagorean [44] as a new concept. Then, give some basic operations complement, union, intersection, addition, scalar multiplication, power. Also, combine to and choquet integral , together aggregating operators, develop rung orthopair hesitant Choquet averaging operator (IVq-ROHCA) geometric (IVq-ROHCG). offer indicate soft approach proposed IVq-ROHCA IVq-ROHCG an example adopted from Interval-valued intuitionistic based TOPSIS (IVIHCI) [43]. The obtained results are agreement IVIHCI but presented have more advantages than existing structures (IVIHFS), interval-valued Pythagorean (IVPHFS) reasons changing according need, requirement, prefer decision makers moreover, being IVIHFS IVPHFS special cases IVq-ROHFS.
